specifically calls on the Commission, the Government of Chile, the exemption under the provisions of Article 25 (2) his Rules to guarantee the lives and physical integrity of Rapa Nui
Accordingly, the Commission requested that the Chilean government.
first The immediate cessation of the use of armed force , the exercise of state administrative or judicial actions against members of Rapa Nui, including evictions from public places or government / private ownership.
second ensure that the actions of the agents of the Chilean Government in connection with the protests and expulsions, life not endangered, or the physical integrity of members of the Rapa Nui is saved.
It also requested the transfer of information on compliance with the precautions, within 10 days and update this information at regular intervals. After hearing the comments of the parties, the Commission will decide whether it is appropriate to extend it or can be lifted.
